Before Your Appointment

New Clients

Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a brief health history form and get settled before your massage begins.

Returning Clients

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment for a short check-in to discuss your goals or any updates you'd like me to be aware of.

Payment Information

Payment is taken before your session begins.
I accept:

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • All major credit cards

Please note: I do not accept insurance or process insurance claims.

Rebooking

Rebooking is quick and easy — simply schedule your next session online at your convenience.

After Your Massage

After your session, I will step out to give you privacy while you dress and gather your things.
You may exit through the private office door.

I allow ample time between sessions to clean, reset the space, and maintain a peaceful environment for each client.

Health & Safety

  • Masks are optional. If you'd like one, I have them available.

  • The room is equipped with a fresh air ventilation system that exchanges 240 cubic feet per minute using a 5" intake and 6" exhaust fan.

  • All surfaces are bleached and sanitized between appointments.

If you are feeling sick, coming down with something, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule. Your well-being and the safety of all clients is a top priority.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life Happens — I Understand

I know that unexpected situations can come up. If you experience an emergency, please let me know before your appointment.

However, if I am not notified prior to your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full cost of your missed session.

No-Shows

Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

This policy is in place out of respect for my time and for other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late:

  • Your session will still end at the original scheduled time.

  • This ensures that the next client receives their full session.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a no-showand the full session fee will apply.
