Appointment Policies

  • Each session ‘table time’ runs 60 minutes.   If you are a new client please come 10 minutes early so you have time to fill out the health history paper work and go over your goals for the session with me.


  •   If you are a returning client your massage starts at the appointed time.  Example if you schedule for a 9:00 am time slot come at 8:50-55 to have a quick check in and get on the table so you have your full hour.   This allows time to share new information to add to your health history or new injuries to disclose.


  • If a client is late for a treatment session, the session still falls within the 60 minute allotted time slot so it will not interfere with the next scheduled appointment.  If a client is 15 minutes late the appointment is considered a no show and appointment is void and falls into the no show appointment policy.


  • After your massage session, I allot 10 minutes in my schedule for you to dress, rebook and to check in with how you are feeling.   Any time used longer than the 10 minute check out time will be charged for that extra time used.  I carefully schedule time in between sessions so I can prepare and create a peaceful space for the person whose massage follows yours.


  • If I am late, the session lasts the full 60 minutes or the treatment will be discounted.

Cancellation Policy

  • I understand life happens and unforeseen things can happen in your life without notice.  If you have an emergency the cancellation fee can be waved at my discretion.
    12 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This gives me the time to fill the open time slot, if I do not have the notice I cannot fill the slot and you will be charged a fee.  $45 dollars for the first cancellation with short notice and any reoccurring short notices after that you will be charged full price $65.
    Anyone who does not come to their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full session price  $65.  I will be there ready and on time and I will expect you to honor my time as well as yours.
    Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will end at the same time it would have ended if you had been on time. Late arrivals cannot interfere with next clients scheduled appointments.  If you are more than 15 minutes late you are considered a no show. (see no show policies).
  • If I need to cancel an appointment, I do so within 12 hours whenever possible.  If I can’t do so your next session is at no charge.
  • All calls will be returned during regular business hours.  Please leave a message with your name, time, date, and phone number.  If I do not answer, I may be in a session with a client.
  • If I am on vacation or out of town that will be specified on my answering service
  • All appointments occur at 213 Decatur St. unless other wise agreed upon.
  • I see clients Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • I reserve the right to refrain from working on a person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Sexual harassment is not tolerated.  If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session is stopped immediately.
